By placing an order on this website you are making an offer to Twinkle Twinkle Baby Boutique to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order and your payment has been authorised we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received. This is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Twinkle Twinkle Baby Boutique for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.

Prices and availability of goods may change without notice but you will be informed immediately of any change before your order is processed.
We please ask that the email address you give us on registration is correct so that you receive all correspondence. We cannot be held responsible if any of the information you submit is inaccurate.

Where appropriate, UK sales tax (VAT) will be added at the current rate. If your order is being shipped to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties once the parcel reaches your destination country.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

We try to ensure that the description and specification of our products on the website are as accurate as possible. The colour reproduction of the products is a close representation; however, we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.

While Twinkle Twinkle Baby Boutique makes every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up-to-date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and we can only apologise for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service but we cannot guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of, or corruption of any material or data when accessed on any computer system.

If you are not entirely happy with the products you have purchased you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.
Items can only be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please read and follow any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.

Certain items are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons. These items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights: duvets and pillows if the sealed packaging has been opened and underwear and swimwear if the protective gusset strip has been removed.

Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights (Sale of Goods Act 1979) that may not be legally excluded.
